How do I connect to the Internet after installation?

  • After completing a clean installation of Windows it is normal to have to upgrade some of the drivers on your computer (especially with older version of Windows). We recommend loading these drivers on to USB or DVD prior to installation.

    Most computer manufacturers have drivers avaiable for download from their websites.
    Locate drivers on the manufacturer website using your computer model number.

    Use a wired connection initially if you need to download drivers for wireless connection hardware.

What are the system requirements for each version of Windows?

Windows 7 (Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate)

  • 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
  • 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
  • 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
  • DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

Where do I find information about my computer?

On all versions of Windows:

Click Start then Control Panel and System to see basic information about your computer.

How can I upgrade Windows 10 Home to Pro?

To perform an upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro, use the generic windows 10 Pro license key below.

How do I prepare for USB installation? (Windows 10)

To create installation Media for Windows 10 you can use Media creation Tool.

How do I upgrade from Windows 7 to 10?

Start installing Windows 10 via DVD or USB installation media and choose UPGRADE.

It is always recommended to backup all important data before doing an upgrade.

You will require to obtain windows 10 Retail version. OEM windows 10 license won't support direct upgrade from older operating system.

Can I remove a new version of Windows to install Windows 7?

Yes!

First you need to change a few BIOS options. Check your computer manufacturer's owners manual to find out how to access the BIOS for your particular computer. Enter BIOS, then:

1. DISABLE secure boot option (only supported in Windows 8 and 10)
2. ENABLE legacy boot mode.
3. Change boot device sequence priority. Set 1st boot device to the DVD/USB which contains your Windows 7 installation media.

Can I upgrade Windows XP to Windows 7?

No, not directly.
Windows XP cannot be upgarded to Windows 7. It has to be done as a clean installation. This means wiping off Windows XP then starting a clean installation of Windows 7.

Create your installation DVD/USB  then restart the computer and boot from the DVD or USB.

During the installation choose CUSTOM (if you choose upgrade it will not work).

Keep in mind that with a clean installation you will lose all files from your hard drive, so be sure to backup any files you wish to keep.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within two days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to seven working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit here and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at rma1reexon@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via rma1reexon@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within two to seven business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping from outside of the U.S. may take up to 35~45 days to be delivered . Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s unused and sealed. Unfortunately, if you open and use the product we do not accept return because it's nature of the product. If you bought wrong item, we can always accept exchange but do not open or use the wrong item.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via help@yourstorename.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
